The AminoSep AA-511 Sodium HPLC column (150 × 4.6 mm) is based on a sodium form of the polymeric ion-exchange resin. AminoSep AA-511 Sodium is designed for reproducible separations of amino acids in aqueous buffer systems and is used for routine methods where stable retention times and reliable quantification are paraholder. Typical applications include amino acid profiling of hydrolysates, raw materials and biochemical samples.
