The AminoSep Li+ Amino Acid HPLC column 100x4.0mm is a polymer-based ion-exchange column for amino acid analysis using lithium buffer systems. The AminoSep Li+ amino acid phase is typically used for physiological amino acid profiles where high resolution of complex sample matrices is required. Thanks to its robust polymer resin, the column is suitable for aqueous and saline mobile phases and can be used in conventional amino acid analysers as well as in HPLC methods for the quantitative determination of free amino acids.
