Product Description

The Supelcosil LC-18-S HPLC column 250x10mm, 5µm, is an application-specific C18 variant for reversed phase methods. The Supelcosil LC-18-S is used when a different selectivity to LC-18 or LC-18-DB is required. The Supelcosil LC-18-S is employed in pharmaceutical analysis, routine testing and methods that rely on this historical selectivity.

Features and Benefits

  • Classic silica HPLC platform
  • Many USP-compliant modifications
  • RP, NP, ion-exchange, and specialty phases
  • Proven for routine methods
  • Compatible Supelguard cartridges available

Additional Information

Supelcosil columns are based on porous, spherical silica and cover a very wide range of classic HPLC selectivities. In addition to C18, C8, cyano, amino, diol, and silica phases, base-deactivated DB variants, ionic modifications, and application-specific phases such as LC-PAH or Hisep are available. This makes Supelcosil particularly suitable for established methods, USP-compliant applications, and routine analysis where a known stationary phase needs to be reproducibly replicated.

Legal Information
