Supelcosil™ LC-PCN HPLC Column, 5 µm particle size, L x I.D. 15 cm x 4.6 mm

The Supelcosil LC-PCN HPLC column 150x4.6mm, 5µm, is a more polar cyano variant within the Supelcosil series. The Supelcosil LC-PCN can deliver different retention patterns than LC-CN and is used for specialised normal phase or RP methods. Typical applications of the Supelcosil LC-PCN are polar active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, aromatic nitriles and analytical methods with selective dipole interactions.

Additional Information

Supelcosil columns are based on porous, spherical silica and cover a very wide range of classic HPLC selectivities. In addition to C18, C8, cyano, amino, diol, and silica phases, base-deactivated DB variants, ionic modifications, and application-specific phases such as LC-PAH or Hisep are available. This makes Supelcosil particularly suitable for established methods, USP-compliant applications, and routine analysis where a known stationary phase needs to be reproducibly replicated.
