Supelcosil™ LC-18 HPLC Column, 5 µm particle size, L x I.D. 25 cm x 3 mm

The Supelcosil LC-18 HPLC column 250x3.0mm, 5µm, is based on an octadecyl phase (other designations: ODS, RP-18, C18) on porous silica. The Supelcosil LC-18 is a classic reversed phase for general RP-HPLC methods. The Supelcosil LC-18 is used for active pharmaceutical ingredients, natural products, food samples, environmental analytes and many older validated methods.

Additional Information

Supelcosil columns are based on porous, spherical silica and cover a very wide range of classic HPLC selectivities. In addition to C18, C8, cyano, amino, diol, and silica phases, base-deactivated DB variants, ionic modifications, and application-specific phases such as LC-PAH or Hisep are available. This makes Supelcosil particularly suitable for established methods, USP-compliant applications, and routine analysis where a known stationary phase needs to be reproducibly replicated.
