Product Description

The Supelcosil LC-Diol HPLC column 250x3.0mm, 5µm, has a diol modification on silica. The Supelcosil LC-Diol is employed in normal-phase, HILIC-like and SEC-like applications when a neutral polar surface is required. Typical applications of the Supelcosil LC-Diol are polar natural products, lipid classes, carbohydrates, glycolipids and methods with milder polarity than silica.

Features and Benefits

  • Classic silica HPLC platform
  • Many USP-compliant modifications
  • RP, NP, ion-exchange, and specialty phases
  • Proven for routine methods
  • Compatible Supelguard cartridges available

Additional Information

Supelcosil columns are based on porous, spherical silica and cover a very wide range of classic HPLC selectivities. In addition to C18, C8, cyano, amino, diol, and silica phases, base-deactivated DB variants, ionic modifications, and application-specific phases such as LC-PAH or Hisep are available. This makes Supelcosil particularly suitable for established methods, USP-compliant applications, and routine analysis where a known stationary phase needs to be reproducibly replicated.

Legal Information
