Inertsil WP300-C4 Preparative column 10.0 x 100mm HPLC Column

The Inertsil WP300 C4 HPLC column 100x10mm, 5µm, is based on a butyl phase on wide-pore silica with a pore size of 300 Å. Inertsil WP300 C4 is designed for large, highly hydrophobic proteins and peptides, and its shorter alkyl chain reduces retention compared to C8 and C18 phases. In addition, the optimized surface chemistry supports good peak shapes for basic and fat-soluble biomolecules. Typical applications include protein analysis, peptide analysis, biopharmaceutical QC, and methods involving large hydrophobic biomolecules.
