The Inertsil ODS-80A HPLC column 250x10mm, 5µm, features an octadecyl modification (also known as: ODS, RP-18, C18) on a 2-Series high-purity silica with small 80-Å pores. The tight pore structure and high surface area support a high theoretical number of sites for low-molecular-weight analytes and provide classic reverse-phase selectivity. Inertsil ODS-80A is suitable for established C18 methods, method comparisons, and routine applications in which small molecules are to be separated on a proven Inertsil phase. Typical applications include pharmaceutical analysis, active ingredient and impurity analysis, food analysis, environmental analysis, and general QC methods.
