EluCLEAN PFAS GCB, 500 mg, 100 pcs

The EluCLEAN PFAS GCB SPE cartridge 6ml/500mg contains graphitised carbon for pronounced matrix clean‑up. EluCLEAN PFAS GCB is used in PFAS workflows when environmental, food or other samples exhibit high pigment levels or high DOM or DOC loads. The carbon primarily serves to remove interfering matrix components and is therefore often combined with a separate PFAS enrichment. The choice between 250 and 500 mg depends on matrix load and sample volume. By specifically relieving the LC‑MS/MS system, EluCLEAN PFAS GCB can reduce signal suppression, contamination and maintenance effort.

Additional Notes

The EluCLEAN series comprises several different sorbent platforms and therefore does not have a uniform silica-based structure. The portfolio includes proprietary universal sorbents, weak anion exchangers based on mixed-mode polymers, polystyrene/divinylbenzene, graphitized carbon, and combined WAX/GCB structures. A polymeric reverse-phase sorbent is used for the 6PPD-Q. The selection depends on the analytes, matrix, sample volume, and applicable standard. Particular attention should be paid to suitable blank controls and PFAS-low instruments and consumables, especially when analyzing PFAS.
