Product Description

In EluCLEAN PFAS WAX/GCB (stacked) 6ml/200/50mg the weak anion exchanger and the graphitised carbon are arranged as separate layers in the stated order. The SPE cartridges enable a defined sequential interaction of the extract with both materials. EluCLEAN PFAS WAX/GCB (stacked) combines PFAS enrichment and matrix removal for demanding environmental samples and can be used according to, among others, US EPA 1633, DIN 38414-14, DIN 38407-42 and ISO 21675. The higher WAX loading of the 500/50 mg variant increases the capacity of EluCLEAN PFAS WAX/GCB (stacked) where required.

Additional Notes

The EluCLEAN series comprises several different sorbent platforms and therefore does not have a uniform silica-based structure. The portfolio includes proprietary universal sorbents, weak anion exchangers based on mixed-mode polymers, polystyrene/divinylbenzene, graphitized carbon, and combined WAX/GCB structures. A polymeric reverse-phase sorbent is used for the 6PPD-Q. The selection depends on the analytes, matrix, sample volume, and applicable standard. Particular attention should be paid to suitable blank controls and PFAS-low instruments and consumables, especially when analyzing PFAS.
