Product Description

ToyoScreen A-IEC combines DEAE-650M, SuperQ-650M, QAE-550C, GigaCap Q-650M and Q-600C AR in a reproducibly prepacked screening set. The intended application area is anion exchange chromatography. Weak and strong anion exchangers with different ligand, pore and capacity profiles can be compared under identical conditions. ToyoScreen A-IEC is suitable for scale-down and design-space studies of capture, polishing and flow-through steps for proteins and nucleic acids.

Features and Benefits

  • Pre-packaged screening formats
  • Manual and automated experiments
  • 200 µL to 5 mL bed volume
  • TOYOPEARL polymers
  • Direct scale-up to process formats

Additional Information

ToyoScreen offers TOYOPEARL ion-exchange, mixed-mode, HIC, and affinity media in reproducibly pre-packed small formats. The classic 1- and 5-mL columns are suitable for manual or automated method development; RoboColumns enable parallel experiments in liquid-handling systems. This allows for the systematic investigation of binding, washing conditions, gradients, elution, and regeneration using identical resin chemistry. Since the same TOYOPEARL media are subsequently available as bulk process resin or in SkillPak columns, ToyoScreen results support scale-up from design space screening to the process column.
