The ToyoScreen QAE-550C screening columns are prepacked with TOYOPEARL QAE-550C with quaternary aminoethyl groups on a hydrophilic methacrylate matrix. The chromatographic application area is strong anion exchange chromatography. The 100 µm particles and 50 nm pores support high flow rates and robust capture or flow-through experiments. ToyoScreen QAE-550C is used for parallel resin screening as well as for studies on proteins, enzymes and nucleic acids.

ToyoScreen offers TOYOPEARL ion-exchange, mixed-mode, HIC, and affinity media in reproducibly pre-packed small formats. The classic 1- and 5-mL columns are suitable for manual or automated method development; RoboColumns enable parallel experiments in liquid-handling systems. This allows for the systematic investigation of binding, washing conditions, gradients, elution, and regeneration using identical resin chemistry.
