EluCLEAN PFAS UNIVERSAL HP, 500 pcs

The EluCLEAN PFAS Universal HP is the variant of the Universal platform designed for heavily pigmented or intensely coloured matrices. The 6 mL SPE cartridge combines PFAS enrichment with enhanced removal of colour‑forming and other interfering matrix components. EluCLEAN PFAS Universal HP is used, for example, with heavily pigmented food and feed or colour‑intense environmental samples where the standard Universal cartridge reaches its clean‑up limits. At the same time, the multi‑selectivity focused on long‑chain and neutral PFAS is retained. As a result, EluCLEAN PFAS Universal HP can reduce the burden on subsequent LC‑MS/MS analysis and the risk of matrix‑induced ion suppression.

Additional Notes

The EluCLEAN series comprises several different sorbent platforms and therefore does not have a uniform silica-based structure. The portfolio includes proprietary universal sorbents, weak anion exchangers based on mixed-mode polymers, polystyrene/divinylbenzene, graphitized carbon, and combined WAX/GCB structures. A polymeric reverse-phase sorbent is used for the 6PPD-Q. The selection depends on the analytes, matrix, sample volume, and applicable standard. Particular attention should be paid to suitable blank controls and PFAS-low instruments and consumables, especially when analyzing PFAS.
