The Waters BioResolve SCX mAb HPLC column 20x2.1mm, 3µm, is based on non-porous polymeric particles and contains strong cation-exchange groups. As a result, the Waters BioResolve SCX mAb is used in cation-exchange chromatography and separates analytes via charge-dependent interactions. The non-porous particle technology improves diffusion kinetics and supports robust salt or pH gradients. Typical applications of the Waters BioResolve SCX mAb are charge variants of monoclonal antibodies, protein isoforms, pH-gradient methods and LC–MS-compatible CX analysis.
The Waters BioResolve series addresses specific biopharmaceutical separation challenges. Depending on the phase, solid-core particles, nonporous polymeric ion exchangers, SEC materials, or Protein A affinity surfaces are used. The materials are tailored to mAb, protein, and biotherapeutic workflows and are often combined with compatible standards, buffers, and low-adsorption hardware.
