The Waters BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl HPLC-/UHPLC column 20x2.1mm, 2.7µm, is based on solid-core particles and features a highly loaded polyphenyl modification. As a result, the Waters BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl is used in reversed-phase chromatography. The polyphenyl surface is designed for intact mAbs, ADCs and IdeS fragments and reduces carryover while providing good peak capacity. Typical applications of the Waters BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl are mAb subunit analysis, antibody–drug conjugates, intact protein characterisation and biopharmaceutical LC–MS.
The Waters BioResolve series addresses specific biopharmaceutical separation challenges. Depending on the phase, solid-core particles, nonporous polymeric ion exchangers, SEC materials, or Protein A affinity surfaces are used. The materials are tailored to mAb, protein, and biotherapeutic workflows and are often combined with compatible standards, buffers, and low-adsorption hardware.
BioResolve is a registered trademark of Waters Corporation, Milford, Massachusetts, USA.
