The Waters Symmetry C18 HPLC column 20x2.1mm, 5µm, is based on an octadecylsilyl phase (other designations: ODS, RP-18, C18) on high-purity silica and is designed for reversed-phase chromatography. The tightly controlled specifications support high column and batch reproducibility. In practice, Waters Symmetry C18 is suitable, for example, for routine RP methods, quality control, pharmaceutical active ingredients, stability samples and impurity profiles.
