The Waters Symmetry300 C18 HPLC column 100x19mm, 5µm, is based on an octadecylsilyl phase (other designations: ODS, RP-18, C18) on wide-pore 300 Å silica and is suitable for use in reversed-phase mode. The large pore size improves access of larger peptides and proteins to the stationary phase and increases recovery and peak shape. The application range of Waters Symmetry300 C18 includes peptides, protein fragments, biopharmaceutical RP analysis and methods involving larger biomolecules.
