AflaCLEAN M1 SMART is a 3 cm long immunoaffinity column for the rapid clean-up of aflatoxin M1 from milk, milk powder, condensed milk and infant formula. The compact format reduces the required solvent volumes and shortens the clean-up step without relinquishing the specific antibody binding. AflaCLEAN M1 SMART is compatible with EN ISO 14501:2007 and AOAC 2000.08 and can be used for subsequent HPLC or LC-MS/MS determinations. In conjunction with ThermELUTE automated thermal elution is possible. AflaCLEAN M1 SMART therefore particularly supports laboratories that need to determine low M1 levels in large sample series efficiently and reproducibly.

Additional Information

The AflaCLEAN product family is based on immobilized antibodies that specifically bind the respective aflatoxins during sample injection. Interfering matrix components are washed out, and the analytes are then eluted in a controlled manner. The 3-mL standard columns offer high loading and matrix capacity, while the shorter SMART columns reduce solvent consumption and processing time.
