The AflaCLEAN M1 Select immunoaffinity column is tailored to the selective isolation of aflatoxin M1 from milk and milk-based samples. AflaCLEAN M1 Select is suitable, among others, for milk, condensed milk, milk powder, other dairy products and infant formula. The immobilised antibody binds aflatoxin M1 despite the protein- and fat-rich matrix, so that after washing and elution a low-interference extract for HPLC or LC-MS/MS is obtained. The 3 mL format offers a high loading capacity and is intended for refrigerated storage. AflaCLEAN M1 Select thus supports robust routine procedures for the control of aflatoxin M1 in milk and food analysis.
