AflaCLEAN Select is a 3 mL immunoaffinity column available for cost-effective aflatoxin analysis at high sample throughput. AflaCLEAN Select captures aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 and is used for food and feed matrices such as peanuts, maize, rice, paprika or figs. The cooled Select version combines a high aflatoxin B1 loading capacity with good recoveries and produces clean extracts for HPLC or LC-MS/MS after the wash step. Compared with the standard version AflaCLEAN Select is particularly tailored to cost-conscious routine workflows and large series without sacrificing the selective antibody binding of the AflaCLEAN platform.
