The AflaCLEAN immunoaffinity column is a 3 mL standard column for the selective clean-up of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 and G2. Specific antibodies bind the target analytes from extracts of food and feed while a large portion of the matrix is removed during the wash step. AflaCLEAN is designed for a wide range of samples such as peanuts, maize, rice, hazelnuts, paprika, figs or dates and combines high matrix tolerance with high loading capacity. After elution the determination can be performed by HPLC or LC-MS/MS. Due to its comparatively wide storage range and long shelf life AflaCLEAN is especially suitable for laboratories that process numerous matrices with a unified IAC platform.

The AflaCLEAN product family is based on immobilized antibodies that specifically bind the respective aflatoxins during sample injection. Interfering matrix components are washed out, and the analytes are then eluted in a controlled manner.
