MZ-Gel SDplus LS 1.000.000 Å 5µm 300x4,6mm SEC / GPC Columns

The MZ-Gel SDplus LS 10E6Å column 300x4.6mm, 5µm, is made of highly cross-linked polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) for GPC. Thanks to a special post-treatment of the material, this phase exhibits extremely low phase bleeding. This makes the column ideal for use with a light scattering detector (LS, MALS). The column’s linear molecular weight range is 200,000–10,000,000 g/mol, and the cut-off is greater than 10,000,000 g/mol. Thus, the column can be used for the separation of large polymers such as polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, and polycarbonate.

Thanks to a special post-treatment process, this series exhibits extremely low phase bleeding, making it ideal for light scattering detection (LS, MALS). Compatibility with many organic solvents in addition to THF, such as DMF, chloroform, and acetone, allows for the analysis of a wide variety of polymers. The service life can be extended by using appropriate pre-columns.
