MZ-Gel SDplus LS 50 Å 3µm 250x4,6mm SEC / GPC Columns

The MZ-Gel SDplus LS 50Å column 250x4.6mm, 3µm, is a highly cross-linked polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) material used for GPC. A special post-treatment ensures that phase bleeding of the column is extremely low, making the column suitable for use with a light scattering detector (LS, MALS). The linear molecular weight range is up to 2,000 g/mol, and the cut-off is 3,000 g/mol. The column is therefore suitable for very small polymers or for the separation of monomers such as polystyrene or PEG300.

The MZ-Gel SDplus LS series consists of a highly cross-linked polystyrene-divinylbenzene polymer designed for organic size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) or gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Thanks to a special post-treatment process, this series exhibits extremely low phase bleeding, making it ideal for light scattering detection (LS, MALS). Compatibility with many organic solvents in addition to THF, such as DMF, chloroform, and acetone, allows for the analysis of a wide variety of polymers. The service life can be extended by using appropriate pre-columns.
