Product Description
The PerfectSil 300 Sil column 250x40mm, 15-20µm, is an unmodified silica column for normal phase chromatography. The interactions of this phase are based on the adsorption of the analytes on the silanols. With its 300Å pores, PerfectSil 300 Sil is suitable for the separation of proteins, large peptides, and even large natural substances.

The PerfectSil 300 series was specially developed for the separation of biomolecules. The 300Å pores allow proteins to penetrate the pore system. This enables small peptides through to complex proteins to be separated and retained on the PerfectSil 300 columns. The high-purity silica gel and stable modification also allow use in LC/MS. The service life can be increased by using suitable pre-column cartridges.
