Product Description
The PerfectSil 1.000 Sil HPLC column 300x3.9mm, 5µm, is an unmodified silica phase used in normal-phase chromatography or HILIC. The interactions in the PerfectSil 1,000 Sil are based on the adsorption of analytes at the surface. Thanks to its extremely large pores of 1.000 Å, this HPLC column is ideally suited for very large analytes. Therefore, this phase can be used for normal-phase or HILIC separations that require very large pores. This is the case, for example, with large biomolecules using the HILIC mechanism.
