PerfectSil 120 Phenyl-M 5µm 250x3,9mm HPLC Column

The PerfectSil 120 Phenyl-M HPLC column 250x3.9mm, 5µm, is a phenyl phase for reverse-phase chromatography. Unlike the PerfectSil 120 Phenyl, the PerfectSil 120 Phenyl-M has a lower carbon loading, resulting in lower hydrophobicity of the phase. In addition, the PerfectSil 120 Phenyl-L has an even lower carbon loading. This allows the hydrophobicity of the phenyl phase to be adapted to the specific analytical application. Similar to PerfectSil 120 Phenyl, dipole-dipole, π-π, and hydrophobic interactions are also available here. Thus, this phase can also be used in, for example, pharmaceutical analysis, environmental analysis, and natural product analysis.
