Product Description

The PerfectSil 120 Phenyl HPLC column 250x10mm, 3µm, can be used in reverse-phase chromatography due to its phenyl groups. The phenyl groups enable dipole-dipole, π-π, and hydrophobic interactions. These interactions result in alternative selectivities, particularly for aromatics and unsaturated compounds, compared to a C18 phase. As a result, the PerfectSil 120 Phenyl is used in pharmaceutical analysis, environmental analysis, and natural product analysis.

Features and Benefits

  • Perfectly spherical
  • Large surface area for more demanding separations
  • High-purity silica gel
  • High reproducibility
  • Compatible with conventional HPLC systems

Additional Information

The PerfectSil series is based on high-purity Type B silica gel. This ensures that it meets the requirements of modern separation techniques. Thanks to a wide range of modifications, the PerfectSil series can be used for a broad spectrum of separations. Using compatible pre-column cartridges can extend the service life.
