Product Description
The PerfectSil 120 Sil HPLC column 250x4.6mm, 5µm, is an unmodified silica phase used in normal-phase chromatography. The interactions of the PerfectSil 120 Sil with the analytes are based on adsorption at the surface. By using nonpolar solvents, nonpolar analytes such as lipid groups in food analysis or fat-soluble vitamins can be analyzed.
