Product Description
The PerfectSil 120 ODS HPLC column 300x3.9mm, 10µm, is a standard octadecylsilyl phase (also known as ODS, RP-18, C18) and is used in reverse-phase chromatography. Compared to the PerfectSil 100 ODS-3, the pores are slightly larger and the surface area is therefore slightly smaller. However, the carbon loading is the same. Therefore, PerfectSil 120 ODS exhibits greater hydrophobicity and results in longer retention times for nonpolar compounds. This column can be used in pharmaceutical analysis, environmental analysis, food analysis, or pesticide and residue analysis.
