PerfectBond C18 10µm 300x4,0mm HPLC Column

The PerfectBond C18 HPLC column 300x4.0mm, 10µm, is an octadecylsilyl-modified HPLC column (also known as ODS, RP-18, C18) used in reverse-phase chromatography. With a carbon loading of 10% and a surface area of 300 m²/g, the PerfectBond C18 is not as hydrophobic as the PerfectBond ODS-HD, causing highly hydrophobic analytes to elute earlier. As a typical C18 phase, the PerfectBond C18 can be used in many applications, such as pharmaceutical analysis, environmental analysis, food analysis, and pesticide analysis.

The PerfectBond series is based on high-purity, spherical Type B silica gel and thus meets the requirements of modern separations. Thanks to the comparable selectivity and retention of the PerfectBond series, many traditional materials—some of which consist of irregular particles—can be replaced with modern, more efficient HPLC columns. This allows methods to be modernized with minimal effort. Using appropriate precolumn cartridges can extend the service life.
