PerfectSil 100 C8-3 5µm 250x4,6mm HPLC Column

The PerfectSil 100 C8-3 HPLC column 250x4.6mm, 5µm, is a standard octasilyl phase (also known as OS, RP-8, C8). This phase is used in reverse-phase chromatography and exhibits selectivity comparable to that of the PerfectSil 100 ODS-3 but with lower hydrophobic interactions. As a result, retention tends to occur earlier, and methods run on the PerfectSil 100 ODS-3 can be accelerated with this phase. The PerfectSil 100 C8-3 HPLC column can be used, for example, in pharmaceutical analysis, environmental analysis, food analysis, or pesticide and residue analysis.
