InertSustainBio C18 1.9µm 4.6 x 150mm (U)HPLC Column

The InertSustainBio C18 HPLC column 150x4.6mm, 1.9µm, is based on an octadecylsilyl phase (also known as ODS, RP-18, C18) on high-purity ES silica gel with a pore size of 200 Å for reverse-phase chromatography. Thanks to the large pore structure, peptides, oligonucleotides, and other larger biomolecules can penetrate the stationary phase more effectively, in addition to smaller molecules. The highly inert packing in steel-coated PEEK hardware reduces unwanted adsorption and promotes symmetrical peaks for metal-sensitive or delicate analytes. InertSustainBio C18 is primarily used for bioanalytical HPLC and UHPLC methods that require broad molecular size coverage, good peak shapes, and LC/MS-compatible operating conditions.
