The Inertsil SIL-150A HPLC column 150x2.1mm, 5µm, is a pure silica phase with a larger pore size for normal-phase chromatography. Inertsil SIL-150A is used when classic silica selectivity is desired, but the pore structure needs to be better suited to slightly larger or more interactive molecules. Typical applications include polar organic compounds, lipids, natural products, preparative purifications, isomer separations, and normal-phase methods in pharmaceutical and chemical analysis.
