SRT SEC-750Å

Sepax’s SRT SEC-750Å column is a column for size exclusion chromatography (SEC). The material has a pore size of 750 Å and was especially designed for Adeno-associated viruses (AAV) with a size of 20-30 nm (200-300 Å). The pore structure has properties similar to both the 500 Å and 1000 Å. This allows the use of one instead of two columns, saving time, money and buffer consumption. The column is available in 5 µm particle size and in 300 x 4.6mm, 250 x 4.6mm and 300 x 7.8mm. There is also a suitable guard column for both IDs available.
