Inertsil Hybrid-C18 consist of a hybrid material from GL-Sciences. This hybrid material enables a wide pH range of the columns from 1.0-12.0. At the same time, these phases can be used at up to 60 °C (pH 11.0-12.0) or 80 °C (pH 1.0-10.0). By using them at high pH values, bases can be analysed in a neutral state, resulting in more symmetrical peaks. In addition to this high pH stability, this phase can also be used with 100% aqueous mobile phases.
