1. Delivery - Shipping cost

Germany

If the value of the shipped goods within Germany is 500,00 EUR or more, we do not charge any fee for shipment within Germany. For shipped goods with a value over 500,00 EUR, following transportation costs are issued:

• Standard shipment: 8,50 EUR (delivery time: approx. 1-2 business days)
• Express shipment up tp 4 kg weight volume: 20,00 EUR (delivey until 12:00 o'clock the following business day, upon availability)
• Express shipment over 4 kg weight volume: individual / calculation required (delivey until 12:00 o'clock the following business day, upon availability)

National Deliveries are performed in accordance to INCOTERMS EXW (ex-works) with our partners DPD or UPS. Purchase Orders we receive befor 12:00 o'clock on Monday until Friday are likely to be shipped the same day, if on stock. There is no minimum order value.

European Countries

For shipments to other countries we always try to find the best price-delivery time ratio for our customer and every individual parcel. We colaborate with UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, Aramex, Kuehne+Nagel, DB Schenker and othersand deliver in accordace to INCOTERMS EXW (ex-works). The following shipping charges are applied:

*The delivery time requires on stock products. Purchase orders, which reach us before 12:00 o'clock Monday - Friday, will be shipped on the same day of arrival, if items are on stock. We do not apply any minimum value of order. Further countries upon request.

All other international countries

For shipments in third countries shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the shipment and our real shipping costs. Every parcel is treated individually and we seek to find the best cost-performance-ratio. Couriers could be UPS, DHL Express, DHL Paket, Fedex, TNT, Kühne+Nagel, Aramex or other couriers. Only the real shipping costs are forwarded to the customer. We also organise shipments using the customer's account number of any courier of his choice. Then we do not charge any shipping costs.

 

2. Payment

Depending on the individual customer relationship, we offer sale on account or expect a payment in advance.

• Sale on account

At the same day as shipment of goods, we send the related invoice. Invoice shipment is by postal mail. Upon customer’s request we also can send invoices by e-mail. Generally, terms of payment are 30 days net upon invoice creation. 

• Payment in advance

After your order you will receive our proforma invoice with all detailed costs and our bank details for payment transfer. Upon receipt of your payment we will proceed with your order immediately. Please be aware, that all costs for transaction from abroad are customer expenses.

Our bank account can be found on the confirmation of the order. Please be aware, that our listed prices in the online-shop are net prices excluding tax and are non-binding offers.
